Change and Capability Intern

As a Change and Capability Intern, you will be part of the Wholesale team, supporting change initiatives and capability uplift across stores. This role focuses on improving how change, learning, and communication are delivered to ensure they are clear and effective. Key responsibilities include: Supporting improvements to the internal learning repository, including structure, usability, and accessibility. Assisting with persona and role-based mapping across change, learning, and communication initiatives. Collaborating with team members to enhance the delivery of change management processes.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
