As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work alongside a Senior Business Analyst in the IT Business Engagement team. You will learn how technology and processes support the business by helping capture business needs, document processes, and communicate clearly between business and technical teams.
Key responsibilities:
Support a Senior Business Analyst to plan and run workshops or interviews, take notes, and follow up on actions.
Document current ways of working, including simple process maps and user stories.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
