Millwright Apprentice - Apprenticeship Program

The Millwright Apprentice role is an essential stepping stone towards building a strong foundational career in engineering and service technology. Under direct supervision, you will assist with daily operational tasks and engage actively in the following responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.

Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand equipment specifications.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
