The Staff Psychologist in Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) provides comprehensive mental health services within a primary care setting. Key responsibilities include: Conducting brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions for patients with mental health concerns in a primary care context. Collaborating with primary care providers to integrate behavioral health into routine medical care, including consultation and warm hand-offs. Developing and implementing treatment plans focused on patient-centered goals, emphasizing functional improvement and symptom management.
