Registered Nurse-Transition to Practice Program Coordinator

The Registered Nurse-Transition to Practice Program Coordinator will coordinate and manage the Transition to Practice (TTP) program within the Miami VA Healthcare System's Education, Nursing Service. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating the TTP program to support new graduate nurses in their transition to professional practice. The coordinator will collaborate with nursing leadership, educators, and clinical staff to ensure program alignment with quality care standards and organizational goals.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE).
