Registered Nurse- Urgent Care

The Registered Nurse in Urgent Care is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients. Key duties include delegating and supervising basic nursing care provided by licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel. The nurse assists in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, and competencies, as well as contributing to quality improvement and outcomes utilization.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of program completion.
