The Registered Nurse - Research Compliance Officer (RCO) is responsible for ensuring compliance with research regulations and standards within the Office of the Medical Center Director. Key duties include: monitoring research activities to ensure adherence to federal, state, and institutional policies; conducting audits and inspections of research protocols; providing guidance and training to research staff on compliance requirements; reviewing and approving research-related documentation; collaborating with investigators to address compliance issues; maintaining accurate records of compliance

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE). For foreign graduates, current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a U.S.
