As a Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and providing them with suitable loan solutions. Your primary duties include: Customer Engagement: Listen actively to customer inquiries and assess their financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products. Build rapport and trust to ensure a positive customer experience. Sales and Origination: Proactively generate leads and convert them into loan applications. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and legal standards. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service.
