Intermittent Registered Nurse-Float Pool

The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients and oversees licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants as appropriate. Responsibilities include directing nursing education, orientation, competencies, and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation.

English Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f). Education: Graduate of a professional nursing program approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of program completion.
