Bilingual Loan Consultant

As a Bilingual Loan Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions. Your primary duties include: Customer Consultation: Listen to customers' financial goals and challenges, explain loan products and terms clearly, and guide them through the application process. Sales and Origination: Proactively identify sales opportunities, present financing options, and close loan deals to meet individual and team targets. Documentation and Compliance: Collect and verify required documentation, ensure all loan applications comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members in a competitive yet supportive environment to share best practices and achieve collective goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics, adapt strategies to improve performance, and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
