岗位职责
The ILS/MHW intern will work as part of an Intensive Residential Treatment team to support individuals with mental health challenges in developing independent living skills.
Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities such as budgeting, meal planning, medication management, and household organization.
The intern will also facilitate skill-building groups focused on social interaction, communication, and problem-solving.

Must be enrolled in or have completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Previous experience working with individuals with mental health challenges is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
