Law Student Internship

The SOSi Legal Department is seeking a law student intern to support legal education and training in the context of international business and transactions.

The intern will assist with legal research and analysis related to international business law, including cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract review.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, memoranda, and correspondence.

The intern will participate in meetings with legal team members and external stakeholders to discuss ongoing matters.

Current law student with an interest in international business and transactions.

Strong legal research and writing skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.
