Multifamily Internship

The Multifamily Intern will perform a variety of assignments designed to enhance professional and technical development in the affordable housing sector. Responsibilities include supporting the Multifamily team in underwriting, financial analysis, and loan processing for multifamily housing projects. The intern will assist in reviewing loan applications, conducting market research, and preparing financial models to evaluate project feasibility.

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student with an interest in affordable housing, finance, real estate, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
