PT, Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy - PRN

Provides physical therapy services including evaluating patients, setting goals, planning programs, and treating patients according to physician's orders. Maintains required records and notes. Assists with directing technicians and support personnel. Assumes responsibility for physical therapy charges. Participates in educational programs. Follows all departmental policy and procedures. Maintains consistency with administrative and departmental standards.

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice. Current BLS certification. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. PRN (as needed) availability.
