Maintenance Traveling Wind Technician - Entry Level

As a Wind Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on wind turbines. This is a 100% travel role, requiring you to work at various wind farm sites across the country. Your primary responsibilities include:

Conducting routine preventative maintenance on wind turbine systems, including inspections, lubrication, and component replacements.

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on turbines.

Troubleshooting control systems, sensors, and software to ensure optimal turbine performance.

Graduating from a Wind Tech School or equivalent program.

Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
