Advanced Summer Help- Construction Intern Summer 2026

This internship is designed for college students pursuing Construction Management or Civil Engineering degrees who are interested in hands-on, field-oriented work leading to future Superintendent roles. Responsibilities include performing job-specific tasks under the instruction of Superintendents, Blasting Supervisors, or Drill Operators. Interns will gain practical experience in construction operations, including assisting with site preparation, equipment operation, and safety protocols. The role requires working in varying weather environments and may involve out-of-town travel.

Candidates must be enrolled in a college program, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. A safety-minded attitude and ability to work well in varying weather environments are essential. Willingness to travel out-of-town is required.
