As an Intern in Learning & Development at Ledger, you will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. Your responsibilities include:
Program Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Manage logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, and participant communication.
Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
