Recruiter - Internship

As a Recruiter Intern at ALTEN, you will support the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for engineering and IT roles across various industries including Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Energy, and Life Sciences. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly in engineering or IT sectors.
