Legal internship at COB52, KFC's corporate franchisee partner in Italy, supporting the legal departm
岗位职责
As a Legal Intern at COB52, the Corporate Franchisee Partner of KFC in Italy, you will support the legal department in various corporate and franchise-related matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to franchise operations.
Conducting legal research on Italian and EU regulations affecting the fast-food industry, including food safety, labor law, and commercial law.
Supporting the team in managing intellectual property matters, including trademark registrations and enforcement.

Qualifications and requirements:
Currently enrolled in a law degree program (Bachelor or Master) at a recognized university.
Strong academic record with a focus on commercial or corporate law.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
