Hospitality Growth & Experience Internship

As a Hospitality Growth & Experience Intern at Delola Podshotel, you will work on project-based initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth. Your responsibilities include: Guest Experience Enhancement: Analyze current guest feedback and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to elevate the overall guest experience, including personalized services, amenities, and communication touchpoints. Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with the management team to design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and occupancy rates.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in the hospitality industry, particularly in innovative accommodation models like pod hotels.
