As a Junior People and Culture Advisor, you will support the People and Culture team in delivering a range of HR services to the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with employee relations matters, including providing advice on policies and procedures.
Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings to induction.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinating training and development activities.
Contributing to the implementation of people and culture initiatives.

A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Some experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or public service environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
