IT Recruiter Intern

As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end technical recruitment process. Your primary duties include collaborating with hiring managers and clients to understand specific hiring requirements for various technical roles. You will build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates. You will screen and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
