As a Graduate Programme Recruiter & Talent Partner at Verita HR, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate programmes. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting top emerging talent. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will support the onboarding and development of new graduates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their successful integration into the organization.

Experience in Emerging Talent and/or Learning & Development in Poland. Experience in stakeholder management. Experience in coaching / supporting Emerging Talent or equivalent. Strong understanding of the development landscape. Experience supporting HR processes in Poland.
