As a Platform Operation Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our platform. Your key duties include:
Monitoring platform performance and user activity to identify areas for improvement.
Assisting in the analysis of operational data to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies.
Managing and updating platform content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Supporting the resolution of user issues and feedback to maintain high service standards.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
