ICT Apprentice

As an ICT Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in information and communication technology while working alongside experienced professionals. Your primary responsibilities include: Technical Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly. System Administration: Support the installation, configuration, and updating of computer systems, servers, and peripherals. To be considered for this apprenticeship, you must have: - **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
