As an Apprentice Designer at Smurfit Westrock, you will be responsible for creating and developing packaging designs that align with our sustainability goals. Your primary duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, producing design concepts using CAD software, and ensuring designs meet customer specifications and production standards. You will assist in the preparation of design presentations, conduct material research to support sustainable packaging solutions, and participate in design reviews to refine and improve product designs.

Candidates should possess a strong interest in packaging design and sustainability. Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
