As an Engineering Apprenticeship Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of Royal Signals engineers. Your primary responsibility is to assess and guide engineering apprentices through their training programs, ensuring they meet the required standards and competencies. Key responsibilities include: Conducting assessments of apprentices' practical and theoretical engineering skills, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

To be successful in this role, you must have: A background as an ex-Royal Signals engineer with significant experience in electrical engineering. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, particularly in electrical systems and military communication technologies.
