As a Gamification Intern, you will join the CTCT team to inject high-tech brainpower into massive equipment, making complex digital workflows intuitive and highly productive. Your primary responsibility is to help improve the daily operator experience by making systems easier to learn and significantly more enjoyable while eliminating costly real-world mistakes. You will work on designing and implementing gamification strategies that transform operator interactions with complex equipment, ensuring that workflows are engaging and efficient.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Game Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of gamification principles and user engagement strategies. Familiarity with user experience (UX) design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
