As a Customer Support Intern at Infobip, you will be an integral part of our global support team, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our cloud communication platform.
Escalating complex issues to senior support engineers or relevant departments as needed.
Documenting customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in our CRM system.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
