投行法务实习生

As a Legal Intern within the Investment Banking division, you will support the legal team in Sao Paulo by conducting research on Brazilian financial regulations, including CVM and BACEN rules, as well as corporate law matters. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, summarizing, and drafting contracts such as NDAs and engagement letters. You will assist in preparing legal memos and documentation for transactions, monitor regulatory updates, and help ensure compliance with local laws.

Currently enrolled in a law degree program (Bachelor of Laws) at a recognized university in Brazil. Strong academic record. Interest in financial regulation and corporate law. Excellent research and analytical skills. Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
