Provide first-level technical support for retail end-users, including POS and related systems, hardware, software, and network issues. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems over the phone or onsite. Assist in POS menu setup. Provide in-house technical support to the company and end-users. Assist in managing hardware and software inventory and maintaining inventory records. Assist with the implementation of IT projects. Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related disciplines. Good knowledge of hardware, software, basic network, security, and maintenance. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with POS systems is a plus. Willing to visit stores when required and handle urgent issues.
