岗位职责
Manage the Group's finance and accounting functions, including preparing financial and management reports and consolidating financial and operational information across Phillip Securities Group entities.
Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), Financial Resources Rules (FRR), regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
Coordinate with business units, internal and external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.

8–10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
Preferably with experience in SFC-licensed corporations/entities or the securities/financial services industry.
