岗位职责
Supervise the team to provide quality services on the maintenance and repairing of various hotel fixtures, equipment, plants, and systems to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the hotel.
Coordinate and monitor the standard of work carried out by outside contractors engaged by the hotel to ensure it meets the agreed quality in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all government regulations, safety and emergency procedures, and that all safety policies are followed by the team and outside contractors.
Identify and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
申请条件
Relevant experience in E&M systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Services, and ELV system.
Preferably with relevant experience in hotel industry or property management services.
Possess the certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A).
