The role involves supervising frontline staff to deliver outstanding service and engage guests in meaningful interactions.
Responsibilities also include anticipating guest needs to achieve high satisfaction levels, conducting room inspections for VIP guests, and handling complaints and emergencies professionally.

Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines is preferred.
Requires 2-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or Senior Supervisor.
