The Building Management Officer will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and supervision of various renovation and improvement projects related to the building management of the venue.

This includes contract management for services such as security guards, cleansing, car park, and catering.

The officer will assist in the implementation and supervision of upgrading projects at the venues, attend site walks during inspection and handover periods, and follow up on improvement works with working agents to facilitate operational needs.

Degree holder, preferably in Arts Administration.

At least 2 years of full-time working experience, including at least 1 year of post-qualification full-time working experience in performing arts, arts administration, venue management, programme management, or facility management in performing arts
