Manage the product life cycle of the bank's APP, leading core feature iterations including account management, smart advisory services, and cross-border payments, and formulating the annual product roadmap.
Build a user behavior analysis system such as in-app touch point monitoring and NPS surveys, extract functional optimization requirements, and analyze transaction data using SQL/Python to design A/B testing models, thereby enhancing user conversion rates and retention rates.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Information Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or fintech company APP products, with the ability to provide examples of past projects such as payment systems or wealth management modules.
