As an Assistant Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality multichannel customer service to both local and overseas customers.
Your primary duties include handling customer requests and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction, as well as soliciting business opportunities through cross-selling and outbound calls to meet sales and business objectives.
You will perform general support tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations and ensure that all services and operations comply with regulatory and compliance requirements to meet quality and service targets.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of call centre experience, preferably in the financial industry.
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Pro-active, self-motivated, mature, and pleasant personality.
