岗位职责
As a Resident Relations Officer in our Front Office team, you will serve as a K11 ARTUS ambassador, embodying our brand values to create memorable experiences for guests and residents.
Your key responsibilities include providing one-seamless contact service to residents, handling all arrivals and departures according to established procedures, and planning amenities for top-tier VIPs.
You will conduct detailed room orientations and art tours, deliver luggage and parcels, and arrange transportation as needed.

Higher Diplomain Hotel Management is preferable.
1 year of relevant working experience gained from hotel or service industry preferred.
Passionate in the hospitality industry, proactive and responsible.
Excellent and effective communication with professional presentation skills.
