Senior Executive – IT responsible for end-user support, network maintenance, and vendor coordination
岗位职责
Provide day-to-day end-user and application support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and Zoom.
Support incidents, service requests, and solution implementation.
Maintain and troubleshoot PC hardware and software, manage inventory, and update regular reports.
Assist with network and telecommunication support including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, basic firewall, Active Directory, and IP phones.
Communicate with service providers to ensure smooth operation and efficiency of IT systems.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal users on IT procurement and project implementation.

Degree or above in Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
1 year or above of solid IT support experience.
Knowledgeable in Windows, Network Infrastructure, Security, and Email technology.
