The Hong Kong Country Club is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the redevelopment of its existing squash court building into a multipurpose sports annex. This capital project involves demolition starting in early 2027 and completion by late 2029. The Project Manager will serve as the critical bridge between membership, governing committees, management, appointed consultants (architect, quantity surveyor, M&E engineer, structural engineer), and contractors.

Proven experience independently managing construction projects from procurement through to handover, with prior experience in dealing with private clubs preferred. A strong background working closely with Quantity Surveyors, Architects, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
