Job Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities by building complex financial models and conducting financial due diligence.

2. Research and analyze capital structure, working capital management, and corporate financing options.

3. Conduct capital market and industry research and analysis.

4. Perform feasibility analysis for investment and capital expenditure projects.

5. Assist in due diligence, business forecasting, and investment project valuation.

申请条件

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

2. At least 7 years of experience in the accounting or finance industry, with preference for experience in capital market activities or investment.
