Plan and implement efficient promotion strategies.

Nature and build the existing insurance portfolio.
Prospect partner's client and explore their commercial insurance needs to develop effective solutions and achieve business targets.
Build relationship with and provide coaching to partner's relationship managers to solicit general insurance business.
Formulate, evaluate and roll-out the procedures for improvement and best fit the strategy of the Company.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of similar managerial experience.
