岗位职责

Provide full spectrum of operation support to both Telemarketing Team and Direct Sales Team in Personal Loan, Card Loan and Credit Card business.
Deliver quality customer service, handle loan confirmation and disbursement accurately.
Conduct customer survey for sales service monitoring.
Perform operational duties.
Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties.
Required to perform shift duty subject to business needs.
Assist the Assistant Manager to oversee the team performance.

申请条件

Secondary education.
2 years’ relevant experience preferably in unsecured loan business.
Good knowledge of loan products.
Good communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
