We are seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive growth and lead event excellence across two distinc

岗位职责

As a Catering Sales Manager, you will drive growth and lead event excellence across two distinct properties. Your core responsibilities include: Sales Target Achievement: Proactively solicit new business opportunities to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual booking targets.

Event Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for weddings, MICE, and social events, including managing client proposals, contracts, and the preparation of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in hotel catering, banquet, or MICE sales.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
