Lead the reception team to provide effective and satisfying services to guests.
Supervise daily greeting and reservations work of the team.
Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Greet and establish rapport with all regular guests and provide necessary introductions to the team.
Develop and maintain a guest database in coordination with the reception team, ensuring all guest details and preferences are up to date to increase customer engagement and loyalty to the brand.
