Handle motor insurance claims as the primary responsibility, and manage other general insurance claims as required.
Conduct assessment and investigation with relevant parties during daily operations.
Meet service turnaround time and achieve claims KPI targets.
Assist in compiling regular management reports.
Perform any job duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business; Automotive Engineering is preferable.
Passed IIQE Licensing Examinations Paper I and II is preferred.
At least 2 years’ experience in handling motor insurance claims.
