The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing luxury residential operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include: Reporting and communicating with the Head of Resident Relations on all pertinent matters affecting guest experience.
Reacting to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout their stay.
Responding to guest needs and resolving problems efficiently.
Being fully conversant with emergency procedures to always ensure safety.

Minimum 5 years in a similar role in a luxurious hotel or service apartment.
Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
