岗位职责

Handle motor insurance claims as the primary responsibility, and manage other general insurance claims as required.
Conduct assessment and investigation with relevant parties during daily operations.
Meet service turnaround time and achieve claims KPI targets.
Assist in compiling regular management reports.
Perform any job duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.

申请条件

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Automotive Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in handling motor insurance claims.
Sound knowledge of automotive; knowledge of other general insurance products is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
