Senior Wealth Services Officer responsible for completing investment transactions by phone, achievin

岗位职责

Collaborate with different channel’s sales staff to complete investment transactions by phone.

Achieve KPI and support the Wealth Services Team to meet sales targets.

Complete investment transactions by phone for all investment products, including Equity Link Investments (ELI), Investment Funds (UT), Secondary Market Bonds, CLPGD, Currency Switching (CS), CLPD, etc.

Process transactions by adhering to the Bank’s operational procedures.

Conduct other cross-sales activities and service backup such as supporting other hotlines.

申请条件

University degree with minimum 2-year experience in sales or service delivery of retail investment products, or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.

Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8.
