Bricklaying Apprentice

【岗位职责】 作为砌砖学徒，你将在经验丰富的专业人员指导下学习并执行砌砖的基本职责。主要职责包括协助使用砖块、砌块及其他砌筑材料建造墙体、隔断、拱门及其他结构；准备砂浆混合物；按指定图案和水平铺设砖块和砌块；使用水平仪、铅垂线和卷尺确保对齐；使用手动和电动工具切割和修整砖块以适应开口、角落和曲线；保持工作环境清洁安全，包括整理材料和工具；遵守施工现场的健康与安全规定；参与在职培训以培养阅读蓝图、测量和标记参考点、混合和涂抹砂浆的技能；与施工团队协作以满足项目期限和质量标准；逐步掌握勾缝、重勾缝和清洁完工表面的技术；学习识别和解决常见砌砖问题，如表面不平整或材料缺陷。 【任职要求】 无特定任职要求，但需愿意学习并参与学徒培训，最终能够独立按照行业标准执行砌砖任务。

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, candidates should have a strong interest in construction and bricklaying, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. Physical fitness is necessary for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials are beneficial. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be advantageous for traveling to different sites. Educational requirements typically include a high school diploma or equivalent, though specific qualifications may vary.
